Weird hotel in Germany

On the list of weird hotel rooms in the world, the hotel Darsparkhotel (in Schloss in Germany) is top class. If you are claustrophobic, don’t sleep there. But it you like waking up in the morning in a field of grass by just opening your hotel room door, this is the place to be. Not sure about the rate though. The hotel reopens in May next year.

A customer is very unhappy with a DoubleTree hotel in Houston

A customer is very unhappy with its latest experience in the DoubleTree Club Hotel Houston and he makes sure people know about it...

So far this presentation has been viewed 1890 times but how many have talked about it to their peers afterwards ? Do you think the General Manager is still in position ?

Travelodge wants to be family-friendly but...

Travelodge has announced last weekend that they have plans to remove porn pay-per-view channels from their 20,000 inrooms televisions. The hotel chains would like to be more family friendly and attract more this segment. They have double the family type customers since 2003. Travelodge will invest £10m to replace the TV sets by flat screen with digital TV including children TV channels.

But no worries, you can still "Have a sex and the city style weekend in UK cities" with Travelodge !!!

I am still intrigued by this...

Habbo Hotel is one of the leading online game alongside World of Warcraft and Second Life. I am still puzzle about the whole thing. But apparently growth is still there in terms of users.

Facts taken from their parent company Sulake:

"Habbo has already over 76 million registered avatars. Currently operating in 29 countries, the Habbo communities are visited by 7 million users per month, each user spending an average of over 30 minutes per session in the virtual world and community." that's a lot of people to target for advertisers...

Is this related to Hotel Blogs ?

I have received lately an email from a guy who introduced me his new venture and this is how the email begins:

"Hello there,
I read your blog since few weeks and I like it very much, it remind me
of few years ago, when I was single and gipsy around Europe with my
backpack... ."

Is this supposed to be a positive comment ? Am I mistaken here ?

I haven't yet found the link between the content on Hotel Blogs and being a gipsy around Europe with a backpack...

Has your company featured on HB?
