Very interesting interview. I "met" Charles first on Twitter and since, have had the huge pleasure of meeting him in person. I have become a big fan of his: He is courteous, funny, generous, knowledgeable and always interesting - I am sure that IHG must value his social media talents highly. I do - and I continue to learn from him each day.
