I like GDS connectivity section. No wonder why there is still scope for hotels to get connected to onlinegds systems

Hi, nice blog & good post. You have beautifully maintained it...

Why aren't hotels really trying to connect to their guests, it seems everyone is talking about what their guests are doing with current hotel tech while they are there. Most of what I have read talks about how hotels should interact with the tech people are using , why not create something new. Create a network that's personal for the guest and the hotel a conversation with the guest before during and after their stay. Give them an open and easy to use place online that they can access at their leisure, a place full of interesting ideas and info that they can use. Local info provided by the hotel. A place where without asking they can tell or show the hotel what they are into. Use their obsession with networking and tech to provide a personal experience . An e vacation from the electronic life, let them have a profile only for vacation.
I have been trying to create such a thing for about a year and half now. Would love to hear some feedback and for anyone interested to check out what I have created so far. The site is chkinn it's a private network for any hotels to join. If you want get in just e- mail me - info@chkinn.com

Would love to have a conversation about hotel networking and hotel social media

Shimla is a tourist destination the best of a kind. Hemmed by deodar and pine forests, Shimla is a striking hill town of its own in the lap of nature. The enjoyable temperature of Shimla beckons innumerable tourists both Indian and foreigner.

Really interesting post... very inspiring!

Well, visit to your blog! We are a group of volunteers and starting a new initiative in a community in the same niche. Your blog provided us valuable information to work on. You have done a marvellous job!

This is a really good read for me. Must admit that you are one of the coolest bloggers I ever saw. Thanks for posting this informative article.

Looking forward to getting more and more information from your site, I found it on yahoo and it is turning into a website I visit regularly for info and insight when writing articles as they relate to my business.

Facebook places wont revolutionise anything. Foursquare do it better and without the privacy issues!

Expectacular blog. Will take some notes to use at our portal Top5Hotel

This is an article definitely worth understanding. There are plenty of blogs that just make no sense. Please continue the good work and more people will keep coming.

Wow! Thank you! I always wanted to write in my site something like that. Can I take part of your post to my blog?

About tracking the Facebook referrals, what are you thinking of? I am interested in that, we have a pretty successful Facebook campaign going on several properties but referral is definitely something I was thinking of doing. Maybe just a simple thing like, print out a coupon and get the discount on checkout.
