Yes, Social media is very important in any business, as so for the hotel industry as well. One cannot today over look Social Media and avoid it. I have seen several social media sites which help hotels to connect to their clients, like Twitter, Facebook, yes Wayn.com looks a new one in the block

With Social media marketing related to Hotel industry we can communicate to client better, keep them informed about food menus, new amenities, tariff, know their views on what they would not talk up front.
