Ever been stuck in your hotelroom bored out of your mind, in a beautiful city to explore and wanting to meet others in the same hotel? Ever had to sit at the airport for 6 hours or more layover or your flight being delayed, bored and wanting to meet others in the same airport?

If you are a business traveler, pilot, flight attendant, on vacation .... and always are bored during your airport travel and hotel stay, then welcome to the world of "Yoopster" where travel networking has never been easier. Founded by a business traveler, Yoopster is a travel utility network where users connect staying in the same hotel or nearby location. To use the yoopster hotel network, hotels must be registered and be able to provide hotel ID to the users. Hotel ID is unique 4 digit number which is required to use the hotel section due to security measures and also to make sure all users logged in are staying in a hotel.

For those travelers who get stuck at the airport for long hours and are bored, there is a section for you to connect with other fellow travelers who are also stuck at the airport. There is no airport ID required for the airport chat.

This service is free for ALL travelers.

Hello Yoopster!

What's the relevance between the post around WAYN and Travbuddy and your comment?

Guillaume

Hi Guillaume,

I think WAYN has done an impressive job diversifying its revenue model and successfully introducing a subscription business in a category where it's a big risk to do so.

But every time I use WAYN I wonder why they haven't introduced a redesign with better navigation and UI, etc. It seems like their ad placements are kind of erratic and under-optimized, and there's probably a good chunk of additional revenue to gain.

Pete
