I have started a new book about the story of the creation of the giant hotel group Accor which has been on my personal library since 1998 (...I know... I still don't understand why it took me so long to read the first lines!). The book is in French and called "Impossible n'est pas francais" by Virginie Luc . I am actually quite hooked by the book and have highlighted the best bits that I will publish soon on Hotel Blogs.
when i'm thinking of standards i'm thinking to Sydney Hotels. why? because there you can find quality, honesty, great views, high standards, good service and so on. i go to one hotel (different hotel) every time when i am in London and they don't stop to astound me.
